American College of Civil Trial Mediators names Nulman as Fellow

Southwest Florida attorney and mediator Jim Nulman has been inducted as a fellow into the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.

College fellows are selected for inclusion as a result of their success and contributions to the field of alternative dispute resolution. There are currently 150 fellows nationally, with fewer than 25 from Florida.

Following 25 years as a commercial litigator, Nulman opened his own practice and began mediating and arbitrating full time eight years ago. He currently mediates more than 200 disputes a year, ranging from two-party disagreements to complex multi-party disputes of up to 25 parties.

Dedicated to furthering the mediation profession, Nulman is a frequent guest lecturer for statewide civil certification mediation courses and seminars, and regularly assists lawyers seeking mediation certification.
