
Jim Nulman began mediating in the early 1990s and, in 1995, became certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and as a mediator before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In April 2006, he established
Nulman Mediation Services, Inc., a practice dedicated solely to providing mediation and arbitration services. Today, he mediates all manner of cases, regardless of their procedural posture. Jim mediates pre-suit disputes, active litigation matters (both court ordered and voluntary), post judgment issues
, and disputes in which an appeal is pending. In addition to two-party mediations, he frequently handles multi-party mediations involving as many as a dozen or more parties. While based in Southwest Florida, Jim mediates throughout the state of Florida. Conducting approximately 175 mediations a year, Jim's practice covers a wide range of civil disputes including:
